2023/2024 Annual Registration
 

Greetings returning EYSC families and welcome to our new athletes and families. We are looking forward to another great year at Elite and we couldn't do it without you! Please read the information below carefully before proceeding to the registration pages.

1. ** Very Important ** This registration must be completed by a parent or guardian using their own SportsEngine account, not the athlete's. If you are an athlete trying to register using your own SE account, please stop now and do not complete the registration. Any registrations received under a player's account will not be accepted. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

2. ** Very Important ** Before starting this registration, please carefully review our Fees & Cost Page at (https://www.eliteysc.org/fees) to ensure you completely understand the total costs for the year.

3. There is only one registration. You are making a one-year (10 month) commitment to the club. There are two separate seasons/schedules (fall and spring), but you only register one time.  Once you complete this registration today, you are good for the year.

4. Registration Fee: 

$850 - 1st to 4th Grade
$1,000 - 5th to 8th Grade
$750 - 9th to 12th Grade

5. Payment Options:
- Pay the full amount online when you register *
- Pay the full amount by cash or check (check greatly preferred) **
- Monthly Payment Plan ***

6. Before you begin, please make sure you have a 1x1 head-shot picture of your athlete. The file should be in .jpg or .png format and less then 2mb in size.

7. Before you begin, please make sure you have a copy of your athlete’s birth certificate. The file should be in .pdf or .jpg format and less than 2mb in size.

Notes:

* There is a 3% processing fee and a $1.50 convenience fee added to each electronic payment. The fees are charged by SportsEngine, not Elite.

** Payments via cash/check (pay in full only) must be received by 8-15-2023.

*** Monthly payments are auto-drafted on the first of the month. Please see the Fees & Costs page of our website (www.eliteysc.org) for specific details on the various payment plans
